For years, I drove Uber in Brisbane. I met hundreds of families visiting our city. And I heard the same complaint over and over: "Group tours are stressful. Our kids get rushed through attractions. We worry about disturbing other people. We don't get to see what OUR family actually cares about."

Families wanted to explore Brisbane, but group tours were creating anxiety instead of memories.

I realized I could solve this problem with three things I already had:
